FROM THE ARTIST
Hello, thank you for taking the time to visit my website. My name is Rick Rosa. I have always had an interest in designing and building anything with wood. I started refinishing furniture when I was in my teens and went on to building tables, decks, shelves and more.
In anticipating my retirement, in 2012, I enrolled in a class in woodturning. I was captivated by how the beauty of wood could be expressed. I began designing and making bottle stoppers and bowls. As I gained experience I designed and made peppermills and more artistic pieces. I have a passion for making the best product. I obsess over the quality and detail and pride myself in all the work I do.

FAQs
With a little care your bowl will develop a rich patina that will be treasured from one generation to the next.
You can wash your bowl with warm water using a soft sponge or cloth to remove food particles or oils. Then use a mild dish soap, I prefer Dawn as it contains no phosphates. After washing, rinse thoroughly and dry it with a soft towel. Please let it sit to finish drying. If your bowl begins to look dry you may coat it with a food safe finish to restore the natural glow. Some choices may be mineral oil, butcher block oil or beeswax.
- Do not put this in the dishwasher, it WILL crack! The same goes for a microwave.
- Please do not let water sit in it. When it dries it will cause cracking and staining.
